Brief info

Jennifer Fouché is a graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the prestigious Academy Company. She studied vocal technique with Eric Bruner, classical voice with Dr. Donna Connolly and scene study with co-founder of Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Jeff Perry.

A proud native of Detroit, Jennifer is a working actor, based in New York. She is an ensemble member of New York’s critically acclaimed Amoralists Theatre Company, a former member of the Flea Theatre's resident ensemble,The Bats, a member of the Tony Award winning choir, The Broadway Inspirational Voices and teaching artist. Jennifer is best known for her role as Matron Mama Morton in the Broadway National Tour of CHICAGO. She was also part of the first CHICAGO Broadway cast to perform in Israel. Jennifer has originated numerous roles at home and abroad, including the role of Jess in the critically acclaimed Off West End and New York productions of HALF ME, HALF YOU.

She has performed in plays and musicals in The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, The New York Fringe Festival and the Obie Award winning 48 Hours In Harlem Play Festival. Jennifer is also known for her role as Roberta, in the Original Off Broadway Cast of SISTAS The Musical.

Her work in television and film includes Wu Tang: An American Saga, Jessica Jones, Quantico, SMASH, The Mysteries of Laura, Person of Interest, White Pickett Fence and the Sundance Award Winning film, Crown Heights. Jennifer is also the voice of Dame Stella Nostrella, a recurring character on the PBS animated series, Pinkalicious & Peteriffic.

    We can help you navigate that scary space. This class teaches you to get out of your head and into your best voice. You will learn how to interpret a song and deliver it effectively, through a combination of vocal and acting techniques.
